AG Legal Services and Consultancy N.V. is registered as a Surinamese public company with limited liability (N.V.). The company is owned and controlled by Aroon J.F. Gonesh (1975).

Aroon Gonesh studied law at Leiden University in The Netherlands. He subsequently completed the professional training course of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse orde van advocaten - NOvA) along with various postdoctoral courses, including the specialist Immovable Property Law Course at the Grotius Academy.

Since 2004, Aroon has successfully run his own Dutch law office. In 2022, he extended his expertise to Suriname through AG Legal Services and Consultancy. His legal practice is characterized by an energetic, relentless, and goal-oriented approach, combining extensive knowledge of both Dutch and Surinamese law.

Please note: While Aroon is a licensed "advocaat" in the Netherlands, he is not registered as an "advocaat" in Suriname. In Suriname, he operates as a jurist, providing expert legal advice without holding the title of an advocaat.

Aroon remains the fixed point of contact for all clients of AG Legal Services and Consultancy. With his energetic approach, he strives to achieve results and solves problems quickly and effectively, guided by his strong commitment to client success.
